Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale items, final sale items, intimates (underwear, swimwear) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Returns

Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Pack securely with tags/accessories, write RA number on package.

3. Exchanges
Eligibility:
Request within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Process:
Contact support@crestgei.shop with order number, item(s), and desired size/color/style.
If in stock, exchange will be processed after receiving the returned item.
If out of stock, a refund will be issued.
CrestGei covers return shipping only if the error is ours (wrong/defective item).
4. Refunds
Refunds processed within 1 business day after inspection.
Issued to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may apply if items show signs of use or damage.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Report within 2 days of delivery to support@crestgei.shop.
Provide order number, description, and photos.
CrestGei will issue a prepaid return label and offer either:

An exchange for the correct item.
6. Non‑Returnable Items
Underwear, intimates, swimwear (if hygiene liner removed).
Final sale items.
Gift cards.
Clearance items marked “non‑returnable.”
7. Shipping Costs

Free shipping promotions: original shipping cost may be deducted from refund.
