  • We gladly accept returns or exchanges on all merchandise purchased from Crestgei.shop within 30 days from the date you receive your order (except sale items).

  • Both opened & unopened products are eligible for return (unused with original tags).

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

  • Sale items, final sale items, and intimate items (including underwear and swimwear) are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons.

  • Return Shipping Fees: Unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

2. Returns

We offer returns for items that meet our conditions.

Return Eligibility:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.

  • Non-returnable Items: Sale items, final sale items, underwear, swimwear, and intimate items are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • The reason for the return

  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if available) with all tags and accessories. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the Item: Send the item back via a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we will be happy to assist.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition, with all tags attached.

How to Exchange an Item:

  • Request an Exchange: Contact us at support@crestgei.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the desired size, color, or style.

  • Availability: If the item is in stock, we will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If unavailable, we will refund your purchase instead.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong item or defective item).

 

4. Refunds

If you choose not to exchange your item, or your item is eligible for a refund:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1 business day.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Partial refunds may apply if items show signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

 

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via support@crestgei.shop.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

  • Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer either:

    • A full refund, or

    • An exchange for the correct item.

 

6. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear, intimates, and swimwear (if the protective hygiene liner has been removed).

  • Final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance items marked “non-returnable.”

 

7. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

8. Late Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days and exchanges within 7 days.

  • Items returned outside this window will be sent back at your expense.

  • Refunds will not be issued for late returns.

 

9. Gift Returns
